Sherpa Kids in Cork, Ireland is seeking an Area Manager/Quality Service Delivery Manager to oversee a growing number of afterschool services. The role requires a passion for delivering quality, dependable school-age care with a family-friendly approach to holiday care.

You will build strong partnerships with staff, schools, families and children. The position offers hybrid working and company events, with a focus on delivering high standards across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Own car is essential for this role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Previous experience in leading a team and manage staff.
• Passion for childcare.
• At least 2 written references are required.
• Childcare: 2 years (required).
• Management: 2 years (required).
• Licence/Certification: Driver's license and have access to a car each day (required).
