St. Joseph's Foundation is seeking an Area Manager (CNM3) based in Charleville to lead PICs across its residential services for people with intellectual disabilities.
The role emphasizes person-centered planning, clinical oversight, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will be trained in nursing (RNID preferred), with active NMBI registration and a minimum of five years’ ID residential care experience, including CNM2-level management.
St. Joseph's Foundation is a voluntary organisation providing comprehensive services for people with intellectual disabilities. Founded in 1968 the Foundation has grown through continuously responding to the needs of people with intellectual disabilities and their families. We have residential services in Co Limerick: Ballylanders, Croom, Ballyagran, Bruree, Kilmallock, Dromcollogher and in Co Cork: Charleville, Dromina, Newtownshandrum, Buttevant and Newmarket.
Reporting To: Head of Client Services
Location: Permanent office in St Joseph's Foundation Charleville with access to office space within area of responsibility.
Initial hourly: 37.5 Hours per week (Plus occasional On-Call duties) / Permanent Contract
Job Goal: To provide leadership to the Persons In Charge (PICs) within your assigned area of responsibility. Ensuring that the Residential Services run by the PICs meet the needs of residents, utilising a person centered planning approach, complying ith the National Quality Standards: Residential Services for People with Disabilities.
