Respond is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead the Older Person’s Day Care Centre in Blackpool, Cork. The role oversees day-to-day nursing operations, staff management and delivery of high-quality care for older persons, on a fixed-term 1-year contract for 39 hours per week (Mon–Fri).
The successful candidate will coordinate multi-disciplinary services, manage admissions, and engage with families, GP services and the HSE to maintain professional standards in a community setting.

Terms: Fixed term (1 year) contract – 39 Hours per week (Mon to Fri)
Salary: 48K – 51K (Please note that offers are typically made at the beginning to mid-range of the advertised salary, based on skills and experience)
Job Purpose:
To manage the day-to-day running of the Older Person’s Day Care Centre in Blackpool, Cork. To maintain a high standard of nursing care. To continue to develop clinical expertise, leadership and teaching skills through nursing practice. To support, facilitate and manage the delivery of excellent nursing care, and maintain a high standard of professional and ethical responsibility. To manage the admissions and discharges to the service. To manage staff and develop the service.
