Job summary

Rhythm Careers is partnering with a Cork-based architecture and interior design studio to hire an Architect. You will lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring technical accuracy and regulatory compliance across stages.

Hybrid working arrangement with potential for professional development and bonus schemes. The ideal candidate is a registered Architect with strong technical skills, experience in delivering through technical and delivery stages, and proficiency in BIM and digital design

Qualifications

• Registered Architect with project leadership experience.
• Strong technical design, documentation and detailing skills.
• Experience leading projects through concept to delivery stages.
• Excellent knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in BIM and other digital design tools.
• Strong client-facing skills and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver projects from concept through to completion.
• Manage technical design, documentation and detailing during delivery stages.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Irish Building Regulations.
• Maintain strong client relationships and coordinate with consultants and contractors.

The studio is known for its forward-thinking approach to design and technology, providing a collaborative environment where architects can continue to develop professionally and take on increased responsibility.The successful candidate will be a registered Architect with proven experience leading and delivering projects from concept through to completion.
