Kearys Motor Group is seeking an Apprentice Technician to join Kearys Pro Plus, Sarsfield Road. You will grow within a dynamic team and progress through a four-year apprenticeship with off-site phases to build hands-on skills in vehicle repair and servicing.

Applicants must have a full, clean driving licence, excellent communication with customers, a positive attitude, and strong self-motivation. You will use tools, attend training, keep the workshop tidy, and report additional work when needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
• 4-year apprenticeship with off-site phases.
• Full, clean driving licence is essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A very positive attitude.
• Self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicles worked on are handled with care and safeguarded on site.
• Maintain and develop repair/service skills across vehicles.
• Utilise specialised tools and training to improve service levels and workshop efficiency.
• Attend internal and external training courses as directed by management.
• Keep the workspace tidy and organised.
• Advise Workshop Foreman or Service Adviser of additional work required.
