Element seeks an Applied AI Lead to embed Artificial Intelligence into the Leasing Function’s Continuous Improvement strategy, starting with Credit Risk. You will define and execute an Applied AI roadmap, translating emerging AI capabilities into production-ready solutions that improve operational efficiency, effectiveness, and business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5+ years of experience in applied AI, machine learning, or AI-enabled product development.
• Experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
• Experience delivering AI solutions into production environments; cross-functional collaboration.
• Finance industry experience is preferred.

• Identify high-value AI use cases and develop a prioritized AI roadmap.
• Lead design, development, and deployment of AI-powered features; ensure scalability and reliability.
• Oversee production-ready AI workflows and data pipelines in collaboration with functional leads.
