Job summary

Eurofins is seeking an ADMS Application Architect based in Dublin. You will own and evolve the architecture of ADMS, a strategic internal CRM platform supporting Eurofins laboratories globally, collaborating with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, QA and DevOps to design secure, scalable solutions.

You will translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions, lead design for major features, mentor engineers, and drive architecture best practices while balancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Application Architecture, Software Engineering, or related technical leadership roles.
• Experience designing and evolving enterprise applications.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions and influence architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive evolution of ADMS architecture, integrations, and data flows.
• Lead solution design for major features and technical initiatives.
• Ensure architecture decisions consider security, performance, scalability, resilience, and maintainability.
• Translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Support Product Owners and Business Analysts by identifying dependencies, risks, and technical implications.
• Mentor engineers and promote architecture best practices across the team.
• Resolve complex technical challenges in both development and production environments.
• Create and maintain architecture documentation, blueprints, and component diagrams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Continuously improve architecture, engineering standards, and development practices.
• Evaluate new technologies and approaches through architecture spikes and proof-of-concepts.
• Foster knowledge sharing, coaching, and technical growth within the team.
• Promote innovation while balancing business priorities and long-term sustainability

In a nutshell

As an ADMS Application Architect, you will own and evolve the architecture of ADMS, a strategic internal CRM platform supporting Eurofins laboratories globally. You will collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, QA, and DevOps teams to design secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions while driving technical excellence across the application landscape

Where will you be based and what business will you support?

This hybrid position is based in Dublin, Ireland, with a minimum of two days per week in the office.

As ADMS Application Architect, you will:

• Own and drive the evolution of the ADMS application architecture, integrations, and data flows.
• Lead solution design for major features and technical initiatives.

Background:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Application Architecture, Software Engineering, or related technical leadership roles.
• Strong experience designing and evolving enterprise applications.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions and influence architectural decisions.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Languages:

Fluent English, both written and spoken.
