CitySwift, a leader in data-driven public transport optimisation, is seeking an Analytics Engineer to ensure a single source of truth and scalable data models for real-time insights across major operators. You will apply software engineering practices to data warehousing, build semantic layers, and collaborate with product and commercial teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a data-centric role (Analytics, Data Engineering, or BI).
• Translate data insights into business outcomes.
• Proficient with SQL, BigQuery or equivalent data warehouse.
• Strong Git and command-line skills; modularity and documentation mindset.
• Experience handling large-scale datasets and time-series issues.
• Excellent communication to explain data to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Data modelling & architecture: Build data models and review PRs.
• Semantic Layer & BI development: Define views and dashboards.
• Engineering collaboration & deployment: Align analytics with products and deploy.
• Commercial & stakeholder partnership: Respond to data requests and communicate insights.
• Team enablement & leadership: Share learnings and follow processes.
