Job summary

Deutsche Börse Group in Cork is seeking a detail-oriented junior/associate for the Data Management Department. You will assist in fund setup, updating static information, and opening accounts in markets with transfer agents. Training will be provided to build proficiency across internal systems.

You will perform AML/KYC checks, maintain transfer agent data, and respond to client inquiries while collaborating on cross-team projects. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Create fund identifiers for the Luxembourg market.
• Perform due diligence checks on Funds and Investment Managers.

• Conduct AML/KYC due diligence for account openings.
• Collaborate with team members on project work.
• Handle client and transfer agent queries.

Your Responsibilities

• Creation of fund identifiers for the Luxembourg market.
• Completing due diligence checks on Funds and Investment Managers.
• Completing fund set ups on our internal systems.
• Set up and maintenance of Transfer Agent information on our internal systems.
• Opening of accounts and Trading Chains in the markets.
• Completing AML/KYC due diligence for account openings.
• Completing project work with other members of the team.
• Responsible for dealing with client and transfer agent queries.
