Job summary

Waystone, a leading provider of specialist services for the asset management industry, is seeking an AML Associate on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract in Ireland. You will conduct complex AML reviews, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain AML systems and support junior associates under AML leadership.

You will liaise with AML Manager and stakeholders, perform AML checks, and contribute to enhancements of Waystone’s AML processes, while staying up-to-date with global AML/CTF regulations and best

Qualifications

2–3 years of AML, compliance, or related field experience.

Responsibilities

Independently liaise with AML Manager and stakeholders to complete client reviews.
Carry out AML reviews, sanctions screenings and independent client research.
Perform anti-money laundering checks in line with AML policies and procedures.
Prepare the AML pack for sign-off by AML COE.
Review AML regulations and discuss them with colleagues.
Monitor and update task tracking to meet deadlines.
Maintain AML checklists and procedures.
Maintain AML – Fenergo system.
Keep up-to-date knowledge of AML regulations and promote process improvements.
Mentor junior associates when possible.
