Hunter Savage is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its Dublin-based employment practice. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years’ PQE in employment law and will advise employers on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters, including HR advisory, workplace investigations, restructurings and corporate transactions.

You will work closely with experienced practitioners and participate in high-quality advisory and contentious work for a diverse client base.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified solicitor in Ireland or another recognised common law jurisdiction.
• 1-3 years' PQE in employment law.
• Experience advising employer clients on contentious and non-contentious matters.

Aufgaben

• Provide practical, commercial employment law advice to employers across industries.
• Advise on employment contracts, policies, procedures and handbooks.
• Support disciplinary processes, grievances, performance management and dismissals.
• Advise on redundancies, restructures and organisational change projects.
• Assist with employment aspects of mergers, acquisitions and corporate transactions.
• Manage employment disputes and assist with litigation processes.
• Prepare legal correspondence, notes and client documentation.
• Conduct legal research and keep up to date with developments.
• Support client training and contribute to business development.
