PhoneWatch is seeking an entry-level Alarm Installer to operate across Cork City with travel as needed. You will install and maintain alarm systems, perform risk assessments, and upsell additional components to meet targets.

The role emphasizes customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced field environment with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare and complete job related documentation.
• Experience and a passion for delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction is essential
• Being customer focused to increase sales by selling additional products to suit security needs
• Ability to use hand-tools
• Full clean driving licence is essential
• Safe Pass/Manual handling/Ladder training is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided

Alarm Installer - Entry Level - Salary potential €48,182 a year (OTE) - €29,432 year + Commissions, Bonus & Subs

Full Time Permanent Position

Key Duties of a Alarm Installer - Entry Level:

• The position involves the installation and maintenance of alarm systems.
• Carry out a comprehensive risk assessment and recommend additional components customers should consider purchasing in order to enhance their overall level of security and safety.
• Recommendation and Up-sale of additional components to customers in line with agreed targets

Key Skills & Experience of a Alarm Installer - Entry Level:
