Job summary

PhoneWatch is seeking an Alarm Installation Technician to join our team in Co. Limerick. You will install and maintain alarm systems, assess risks and advise on additional security components while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will be target focused, with a passion for customer satisfaction and the ability to work with hand-tools. A full clean driving licence is essential and a company vehicle is provided for work use.

We are looking for customer focused, sales-oriented people with service industry/installation experience to join our team ofAlarm Installation Technician at PhoneWatch! The right candidate will have a technical aptitude, be target focused, have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and have strong communication skills. ThisAlarm Installation Technician role isbased in Co. Limerick - uncapped earning potential!

Salary potential €48,182 a year (OTE) - €29, 432 year + Commissions, Bonus & Daily Subs

Key Duties of a Alarm Installation Technician:

• The position involves the installation and maintenance of alarm systems.
• Carry out a comprehensive risk assessment and recommend additional components customers should consider purchasing in order to enhance their overall level of security and safety.
• Recommendation and Up-sale of additional components to customers in line with targets

Key Skills & Experience:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare and complete job related documentation
• Experience and a passion for delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction is essential
• Being customer focused to increase sales by selling additional products to suit security needs
• Ability to use hand-tools
• Full clean driving licence is essential
• Safe Pass/Manual handling/Ladder training is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
