Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is hiring a Shuttle Bus Driver for Dublin Airport. You will transport customers between airport terminals and rental sites, delivering a world-class customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a D/D1 driving licence and CPC card, with early starts and 5/7 shifts. You will maintain vehicle readiness, assist customers with luggage, and provide information or escalate queries as needed. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence Category D/D1 entitlement plus a CPC card.
• Clean driving record with no history of accidents or traffic violations.
• Previous experience as a bus driver or in a similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport customers to and from the Airport terminals and the Rental Site in a safe and timely manner.
• Provide a high-quality service to all customers.
• Assist customers with luggage.
• Provide information to customers on request and answer queries/complaints or pass them on to the appropriate Department, if a resolution cannot be found.
• Carry out a daily walk-round check of courtesy bus/coach prior to the start of each shift and report defects.
• Ensure shuttle bus is fuelled and presentable at all times.
• Drive customers in a safe controlled manner and follow Driving Standards Policy.
• Observe traffic and safety laws and ensure seatbelts are worn where fitted.
• Check passenger destinations and seating limits.
• Record and report incidents to line manager.
• Support location operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Report relevant commercial activity for business development.
• Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines; own health and safety.
• Ad hoc duties as directed by Management.
