Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Shuttle Bus Driver for Cork Airport to provide a world-class customer service during the rental process. You will transport customers to and from airport terminals and the rental site, assist with luggage and maintain safety standards.

The role demands a valid D/D1 licence with CPC, a clean driving record, and flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence Category D/D1 entitlement plus a CPC card.
• Clean driving record with no history of accidents or traffic violations.
• Previous experience as a bus driver or in a similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport customers to and from the Airport terminals and the Rental Site in a safe and timely manner.
• Provide a high-quality service to all customers.
• Assist customers with luggage.
• Provide information to customers and handle queries/complaints or escalate as needed.
• Carry out daily walk-round checks and report defects.
• Ensure shuttle bus is fuelled and presentable at all times.
• Drive customers safely and follow Driving Standards Policy.
• Observe traffic laws and enforce seatbelt use.
• Check passengers disembark at correct destinations.
• Record and report accidents to line manager.
