Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group in Cork Airport is seeking a Shuttle Bus Driver to transport customers safely between the airport terminals and the Rental Site. A valid D/D1 licence with a CPC card and a clean driving record are mandatory, with prior bus driving experience preferred.

You will deliver high-quality service, assist with luggage, and follow driving standards in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Valid D/D1 licence with CPC card.
• Clean driving record with no accidents/violations.
• Experience as a bus driver or similar role preferred.
• Excellent driving skills across varied road conditions.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make quick, effective decisions.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Physical ability to sit for long periods and lift/bend as needed.
• Able to adapt to business needs with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Transport customers to and from Cork Airport terminals and Rental Site safely and on time.
• Provide high-quality service to all customers.
• Assist customers with luggage.
• Provide information and handle queries or pass to appropriate department.
• Conduct daily walk-round checks of the shuttle/coach and report defects.
• Ensure shuttle bus is fueled and presentable at all times.
• Drive customers safely, following company policies.
• Observe traffic laws and ensure passenger safety (seatbelts, limits).
• Check destination disembarkation and report incidents to line manager.
• Support management with efficient location operation and cost control.
• Report relevant commercial activities aiding business development.
