Job summary

GKR Search and Selection is seeking a Director of Procurement to join its aviation procurement function in Ireland. The role leads strategic sourcing, supplier management and supply chain initiatives across international aviation programmes.

The successful candidate will develop procurement strategy, negotiate with suppliers and collaborate with technical, commercial and operations teams to deliver critical projects and drive cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Extensive procurement experience within aviation or aerospace industries.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts with suppliers.
• Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience using procurement, ERP or supply chain systems within a technical environment.
