GKR Search and Selection is supporting an established aircraft leasing platform in Shannon, Co Clare, to appoint an Accounts Receivable Associate on a 12-month basis. You will manage invoicing, collections and reconciliations, supporting month-end activities within a collaborative finance team.

The role requires a professional accounting qualification or in-progress credentials, AR/credit control experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems across an international portfolio.

• Professional accounting qualification or relevant finance credentials, either completed or in progress.
• Experience across accounts receivable, credit control, or a similar finance function.
• Strong Excel skills with experience using ERP or financial management systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills within a collaborative environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer invoicing, collections, and account reconciliations across an international portfolio.

• Work with internal stakeholders to resolve outstanding balances and improve cash collection performance.
• Assist with audit activities and provide wider finance team support where required.
