Job summary

Novartis Ireland is seeking an experienced leader to co-chair the rollout of AI and automation within the Advanced Quantitative Sciences (AQS) Technology & AI function in Dublin. You will shape solutions with engineers and business partners, ensuring changes are adopted, compliant and delivering measurable value.

This is a technical and change role, requiring credibility with engineers and stakeholders to move from pilot to standard practice.

Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Biostatistics, Bioinformatics or another quantitative discipline. Equivalent experience considered.
• Extensive experience delivering technology in life sciences or regulated industry with 3+ years leading tech-enabled change.
• Proven track record of taking AI/automation or digital solutions from pilot to scaled adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI/automation adoption from pilot to scalable rollout.
• Translate needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria with AI & Data Engineering teams.
• Manage stakeholders and influence without authority across a matrix organisation.
