Job summary

CEL Critical Power is seeking an AI Integration Lead to drive the adoption and integration of AI across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Tendering, Projects, and Finance. You will work with stakeholders to design automation, improve workflows, and implement AI-enabled solutions that deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital transformation, automation, data, AI or related tech roles.
• 2+ years delivering AI or intelligent automation in production environments.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, energy, or operational settings.
• Hands-on with AI tech including LLMs, AI APIs, workflow automation, document retrieval, low-code tools.
• Knowledge of ERP and enterprise business processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own CEL's AI adoption roadmap and deliver high-value AI initiatives.
• Identify, scope, pilot, and scale AI use cases across functions.
• Integrate AI with ERP, CAD/PLM, CRM, and Microsoft 365.
