CEL Critical Power designs and manufactures low-voltage switchgear and critical power distribution solutions for data centres and mission-critical facilities. As we continue to scale globally, we are creating a new role to lead the adoption and integration of AI across the business.
The AI Integration Lead will build this capability from the ground up, identifying where AI can deliver meaningful business value across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Tendering, Projects, and Finance, then working with stakeholders to embed those solutions into everyday operations.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who is equally comfortable developing an AI roadmap for senior leadership as they are working directly with teams to design automations, improve workflows, integrate AI technologies, and drive adoption. Success in this role will require a blend of technical understanding, business acumen, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to turn emerging technologies into measurable business outcomes.
You will play a central role in helping CEL leverage AI to improve operational efficiency, decision‑making, knowledge management, customer experience, and long‑term competitiveness across its international operations.
