Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues including API failures and production incidents.
Provide end-to-end ownership through debugging logs and analysis.
Serve as escalation point and collaborate with Engineering teams.
Drive automation and AI-powered workflows to improve operations.
Occasional holiday and weekend on-call support.
