Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an AI Engineering & Enablement professional for the PDS BI&T group in an on-site Dublin-based role. You will design, build, and operationalize scalable AI/Gen AI solutions addressing real-world pharmaceutical challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams across locations to deliver measurable business value.

The role emphasizes hands-on AI/ML development, deployment framework creation, and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years hands-on AI/ML, data science, data integration & reporting.
• Minimum 1–2 years hands-on experience with LLMs.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred; Master’s preferred.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google AI).
• Excellent communication and ability to explain complex analyses to varied audiences.
• Ability to collaborate across locations (US, EU, Asia).

Responsibilities

• Lead development and deployment of scalable AI/Gen AI solutions for PDS problems.
• Develop and operationalize new AI/Gen AI tools aligned with business goals.
• Design AI frameworks using SQL, Python and cloud services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate needs into technical specs.
• Test and validate AI models for accuracy and reliability.
• Document AI capabilities and standardize deployment practices.
• Communicate technical value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
