Job summary

Bris­tol Myers Squibb is seeking an experienced Manager for PDS BI&T – AI Engineering & Enablement in Ireland. The role focuses on designing, building, and operationalizing AI/Gen AI capabilities to answer critical business questions across drug development, manufacturing, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years in AI/ML, data science, data integration, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and deployment of scalable AI solutions addressing complex business challenges.
• Develop new AI/Gen AI tools aligned with business objectives.
• Design and deploy AI frameworks using SQL and Python.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Test and validate AI models for accuracy and reliability.
