Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an AI professional to design, build and operationalize advanced AI/Gen AI capabilities within the PDS function from discovery to distribution. You will translate business questions into scalable AI solutions, working with cross-functional teams across the US, EU and Asia.

The role emphasizes building robust AI frameworks, staying current with ML developments, and delivering impact through validated models and toolchains.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on AI/ML, data science, data integration, and reporting experience.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience with LLMs.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering, or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, Google AI, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex analyses to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical peers across locations (US, EU, Asia).

Responsibilities

• Lead development and deployment of scalable AI/Gen AI solutions aligned with business goals.
• Design, build, and operationalize AI tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specs.
• Conduct testing, validation, and documentation of AI capabilities.
• Promote standardized AI deployment practices and best practices.
