Google Ireland is seeking a senior AI security assurance leader to drive testing programs and risk mitigation across AI/ML and traditional systems. You will collaborate with legal, policy, and product teams to ensure robust controls and governance for responsible generative AI, privacy, and security strategies.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of cybersecurity, technical assurance, IT audit, penetration testing, or second line of defense risk management experience.
• Experience planning and executing enterprise-wide technical projects with legal, policy, or compliance partners.
• Experience designing and executing security control testing methodologies and risk assessments for software, infrastructure, or AI/ML systems.
• Experience with cybersecurity regulations (EU Digital Services Act, EU AI Act, NIS2, DORA).

• Provide independent oversight as a critical second line of defense.
• Lead AI security testing programs and communicate results to leadership and stakeholders.
• Translate testing insights into engineering recommendations for Generative AI and ML models.
