Job summary

Mercer’s Applied AI Product Team converts its proprietary expertise, data, and experience into scalable AI products. This role owns the end-to-end delivery of AI products from discovery through to production operation, building the platform and tooling to move fast and deliver high quality outputs.

You will ship end-to-end, talking to consultants to define needs, then turning them into client-ready products while deciding scope, quality, and timing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and shipping products from discovery to production.
• Deep technical expertise in building with AI and deploying AI systems in production.
• JavaScript/TypeScript background with full-stack capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end products from discovery to production in partnership with business and engineering.
• Ship end-to-end products used by consultants and clients.
• Identify high-value AI opportunities and validate before committing resources.
