Job summary

Bodyarmor in Dublin, Ireland, seeks a hands-on engineering manager to lead day-to-day delivery, quality and reliability of a MarTech, Customer & Commercial platform. You’ll work closely with product owners and architects, ship production code, and apply AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery.

In an agile environment, you will review code, implement CI/CD, security practices, and observability, and help translate the roadmap into dependable software with real business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 2 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in at least one modern language (JS/TS, Java, Python) with fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Git and code-review workflows; REST/JSON and web tech basics.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and AI-assisted tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write, test, and maintain production code for consumer experiences and platform services.
• Work in an agile team from refinement to deployment with code reviews.
• Apply CI/CD, IaC, security practices, and observability to the stack.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and senior engineers to deliver business value.
