Qualifications

Must be enrolled in an accredited university program in Ireland during the full internship duration.
Must be able to join full-time from January to August 2027.
Working knowledge of written and spoken English.
Growth mindset and willingness to learn.
Ability to give and receive feedback meaningfully.
Interest in problem-solving and debugging.

Responsibilities

Perform engineering tasks under the direction of an experienced engineer.
Become an active member of an agile development team (scrum and kanban).
Learn to collaborate and innovate with other engineers.
Troubleshoot technical issues and help deliver creative solutions.
Work both independently and with the team, including remote collaboration.
Mentor a transition year student and transfer skills to younger students.
Contribute to the open-source community.
Present a topic at Lunch & Learn events, not always technical.
Proactively use AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate development.
