Job summary

Analog Devices is hiring a Staff AI Platform Engineer to build and operate the AI platform and tooling used by our teams to develop, deploy, and monitor AI-powered applications.

You’ll own platform components, APIs, and integrations with cloud providers, while upholding security and governance across a multi-cloud environment. A strong Python background and cloud experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong Python fundamentals and software engineering discipline.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS preferred).
• Cloud fundamentals: IAM/permissions, networking basics, cost awareness.
• Experience with Docker and containerized apps.
• Strong operations mindset: monitoring, logging, tracing, reproducibility.
• Experience building or operating platforms, internal tooling, or services used by engineers.
• Excellent communication and service mindset; able to collaborate effectively.
• Curiosity with evolving tooling and fast learning ability.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate the AI platform and tooling for development, deployment, and monitoring of AI-powered apps.
• Create reusable platform components, APIs, and integration patterns to accelerate AI adoption.
• Own integrations with cloud model providers, incl. usage, cost, and reliability.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal users bringing AI use cases and route requests appropriately.
• Drive observability: logging, metrics, tracing to debug and monitor systems.
• Contribute to AI engineering standards—security, cost, governance across multi-cloud.
• Grow into deeper MLOps/LLMOps ownership and uplift team practices over time.
