Job summary

Intel Corporation in Ireland, Leixlip, is seeking an AI Frameworks Engineer to design, develop, and optimize AI frameworks including OpenVINO and frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch for high-performance inference on Intel hardware.

You will implement distributed algorithms, transform computational graphs, profile models for bottlenecks, and collaborate with ML researchers to push advancements in generative AI and deep learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/Math or related field with 4+ years of experience
• Master's degree with 3+ years of experience
• Proven expertise in C++ programming with debugging and performance analysis
• Demonstrated understanding of multithreading concepts and thread safety
• Strong skills in data structures, algorithms, and compiler technologies
• Hands-on experience with numerical modeling, HPC, or computer vision

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize AI frameworks like OpenVINO and external frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Implement distributed algorithms, including model/data parallel frameworks and dataflow-based communication for deep learning.
• Transform computational graph representations and develop ML primitives in mathematical libraries.
• Profile distributed deep learning models to identify performance bottlenecks and propose optimization solutions.
• Optimize code across various computing hardware backends.
• Collaborate with ML researchers and framework teams to integrate AI advancements efficiently.
