Job summary

E-Frontiers is seeking an experienced AI Innovation Lead to drive the company’s digital transformation from the business side, not IT. You will lead AI initiatives, optimise processes, and deliver insights to senior leadership using Power BI and Microsoft 365 tools.

The role is onsite in Blanchardstown, Dublin, with a base salary of €85,000–€100,000 and a strong focus on training and career progression within a forward‑thinking organisation.

Qualifications

Experience delivering business improvement, digital transformation, or automation initiatives.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power BI, Power Automate, and Copilot or other enterprise AI solutions.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead AI and digital transformation initiatives, developing and implementing the organisation's AI roadmap.
Automate workflows, improve data quality, and reduce manual administration.
Design and deliver Power BI dashboards, reporting solutions, and insights for senior stakeholders.
Maximise use of Copilot, Power Automate, SharePoint, Power Apps, and Teams.
Provide training and promote best practices across the business.
