Job summary

Muck Rack is seeking an Analytics Architect to lead the design of an AI-first data and analytics platform in our Ireland-based team. You will define the enterprise architecture, drive scalable data infrastructure, and collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Product to enable trusted data and AI-powered analytics across the business.

Reporting to the VP, Analytics, you will establish governance, security, and deployment standards while mentoring Analytics Engineers to advance our data

Qualifications

7+ years of experience designing and evolving modern data and analytics architectures.
Experience guiding cross-team architectural decisions across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

Define the target AI-first data and analytics architecture for the enterprise.
Architect scalable data infrastructure, ingestion/transformation workflows, and storage models across Snowflake, Databricks, and related tools.
Design governed semantic data layers and AI agent data experiences.
Establish patterns for data retrieval, APIs, and secure data interaction for AI applications.
Lead data governance, security, privacy, access control, and compliance across the stack.
Champion engineering standards for data modeling, testing, observability, CI/CD, and deployment.
