Job summary

Muck Rack is seeking an Analytics Architect to lead the Business Data Analytics team's AI-driven data architecture from ingestion to Snowflake and Databricks. You will define the blueprint, establish data governance, and drive scalable patterns across data models, semantic layers, and AI-enabled analytics experiences.

This role collaborates across Data Science, Engineering, Product, and Revenue Operations in a fully distributed team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing and evolving modern data and analytics architectures across multiple systems/teams.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, Python, and SQL for enterprise data platforms.
• Ability to design scalable data models, semantic layers, and integration patterns enabling trusted self-service analytics.
• Experience architecting AI-enabled data systems (AI agents, RAG, NL analytics) across data stacks.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, privacy, access control, and data quality.
• Experience establishing engineering practices (CI/CD, testing, observability, deployment).
• Strong communication to translate complex architecture into actionable technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive архитектure for an AI-first enterprise data analytics platform, setting direction and patterns.
• Architect scalable data infrastructure, ingestion/ transformation pipelines, storage models, and integrations across Snowflake/Databricks/dbt/Python/SQL.
• Design governed semantic data layers and AI-enabled analytics experiences.
• Establish patterns for retrieval, APIs, and integrations enabling secure data discovery and interaction by AI agents.
• Lead data governance, security, privacy, access control, and compliance across the stack.
• Set engineering standards for data modeling, testing, observability, CI/CD, documentation, deployment, and system integration.
• Provide mentorship to Analytics Engineers and technical leadership across teams.
