Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an AI services engineer to design and deliver AI capabilities for Marketing use-cases in Cork. You will partner with architecture, data and marketing operations teams to integrate AI components with MWPC platforms and CRM stack.

Responsibilities include productionizing models with CI/CD, governance and security, plus contributing to solution design and measurable business outcomes across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Design & build AI services for Marketing use-cases (e.g., content assistance, knowledge retrieval, campaign analysis).
• Integrate AI components with MWPC platforms and Marketing CRM stack, collaborating with architecture, data and marketing ops teams.
• Productionize models & workflows with CI/CD, versioning, testing, observability and performance tuning.
• Partner on AppRat execution by instrumenting outcomes and replacing redundant utilities with AI capabilities.
• Contribute to solution design with lightweight diagrams and integration contracts, participate in reviews.
• Data stewardship & compliance: apply privacy and data-classification controls.
• Prototype new patterns (embeddings stores, function-calling, tool use) and share findings via demos.
