Job summary

Realtime Recruitment in Dublin seeks an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop and implement complex applications for a Financial Services client. You will tackle enterprise Gen AI projects spanning database, web, and API layers, using Python and AI/ML libraries to integrate LLMs.

Frontend work with Angular or React and backend services with Node.js/Express are key components of the role. Applicants should have 5+ years in an engineering role and hold a valid EU Passport/ Stamp 4 visa.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an engineering-based role.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale Gen AI applications across database, web, and API layers.
• Proficient in Python and AI/ML libraries for integrating LLMs.
• Experience building modern web apps with Angular or React; backend with Node.js/Express.
• Architect and build RESTful APIs with security and scalable design patterns.
• Build and tune SQL and PL/SQL database components; data access layers.
• Design and support ETL pipelines and data integration/engineering for analytics and AI.

Realtime is working with a Financial Services client in Dublin that is looking to bring in an experienced AI Engineer who can help with the design, development and implementation of complex applications.

Experience Required

• 5+ years of experience in an engineering-based role
• Experience designing enterprise-scale Gen AI applications that span across database, web and API layers
• Experienced in using Python and AI/ML libraries for integrating LLMs
• Develop and maintain modern web applications using Angular or React, with backend services built on Node.js and Express
• Architect and build RESTful APIs in line with HTTP standards, security best practices, and scalable design patterns
• Build and tune SQL and PL/SQL database components, including queries, stored procedures, and data access layers
• Design, build, and support ETL pipelines and data integration/engineering solutions that underpin analytics and AI capabilities
