Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. AI/ML Model Development
   • Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to address business challenges.
   • Optimize and fine‑tune existing models for improved performance and accuracy.
2. Data Processing & Analysis
   • Work with large datasets to preprocess, clean, and analyze data for AI/ML applications.
   • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data pipelines are efficient and scalable.
3. Software Integration
   • Integrate AI/ML models into production systems and applications.
   • Develop APIs and microservices to enable seamless interaction between AI models and other software components.
4. Research & Innovation
   • Stay up‑to‑date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies.
   • Experiment with new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to drive innovation.
5. Collaboration
   • Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to deliver AI‑driven solutions.
   • Communicate technical concepts and results to non‑technical stakeholders.
6. Testing & Deployment
   • Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure reliability and scalability.
   • Deploy models to production environments and monitor their performance.
7. Ethical AI Practices

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Hands‑on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI/ML services.
• Experience with data processing tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Spark) and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
