OpenAI, Inc. is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead, EMEA to own paid marketing across key performance channels and guide full-funnel media buying.

You will partner with regional leaders and central Marketing to drive awareness, activation and retention for ChatGPT across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You are a hands-on operator with deep paid-media experience, strong EM EA knowledge, and the ambition to build a broader regional marketing function over time.

About the Team

The EMEA Growth Marketing role partners with regional leadership, central Marketing functions and Product Growth to help more people discover ChatGPT, find value and keep coming back. We combine local market insight, paid marketing and creative experimentation to build campaigns that resonate across EMEA’s diverse audiences. Our approach is hands-on and data-driven, with a focus on testing, learning and scaling what delivers meaningful growth and lasting value for users.

About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Lead, EMEA to help more people discover ChatGPT, find value and keep coming back. You will own paid marketing across all of our key performance channels and support in our broader full-funnel media buying endeavors.

You bring deep paid-marketing experience, credible EMEA knowledge and the range to build a broader marketing function in-time. The role begins as a senior individual contributor, though we expect with the pace of growth you will quickly need to build a team. We are a team of ‘doers’ and everyone starts out this way at Open AI.

In this role, you will:

• Prioritise EMEA markets and stay close to campaign setup, channel performance, creative testing and paid-media investment decisions.
• Help develop local creative briefs and creator inputs for paid growth, with an eye towards brand-building performance.
• Connect marketing activity to incremental weekly active users (iWAU) and incremental annual recurring revenue (iARR), with targets aligned with Finance and relevant Growth owners.
• Work with regional and central partners on delivery handoffs and shared services.

You might thrive in this role if you:

• Have personally owned large paid-media budgets and campaign decisions, and driven measurable growth in a fast-moving consumer technology or comparable product-led environment.
• Bring meaningful EMEA market knowledge, hands-on operating depth, sound incrementality judgment and the ability to prioritise and execute without a large team.
• Want to start as a senior individual contributor and build towards broader regional marketing ownership.
