Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Financial Manager to bridge the EMEA Data Centre Finance team with the Seattle FP&A team. You will coordinate planning cycles, analyze results, and narrate strategic financial stories across Construction, Energy, and Operations.

As AWS scales, you will build robust financial models, drive cross‑functional collaboration, and leverage AI tools to automate reporting and analytics for informed decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics or related analytical field.
• Experience in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and data interpretation.
• Experience building and managing financial models for forecasting and problem solving.
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership and driving business impact.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between EMEA Data Centre Finance and Seattle FP&A, coordinating planning cycles and communication.
• Consolidate and analyze EMEA results during monthly close with variance commentary.
• Build and maintain financial reports, forecasts, and headcount models using financial systems and Excel.
• Establish and monitor KPI metrics for initiatives and operations, measuring progress.
• Identify and implement process improvements to automate finance workflows and ensure data quality.
