Job summary

Shopify Ireland is seeking a Delivery Manager within Shopify Professional Services to lead bespoke projects for high-growth merchants, guiding delivery across cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve optimal business outcomes.

You will apply diverse methodologies (SDLC, Agile, Lean, and/or waterfall), mentor junior teammates, and explore AI tooling to accelerate progress while ensuring merchant requirements are documented and met.

Qualifications

• Working understanding of SDLC, Agile, Lean and/or waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and share best practices.
• Experience onboarding Enterprise merchants to platforms.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, execute and lead merchant engagements and teams.
• Serve as point of contact for merchants or partners with cross-functional teams.
• Manage projects within a portfolio from initiation to completion using established methodologies.
• Share Shopify best practices and adopt new industry trends.
• Improve delivery methodology, create templates, and mentor juniors.
• Build and apply AI tooling to project work to accelerate progress.
• Onboard Enterprise merchants to Shopify platforms successfully.
• Ensure merchant requirements are documented and managed scope & expectations.
• Coordinate internal teams to prepare required legal documents (MSAs, SOWs).
• Track project progress and escalate blockers for the portfolio.
