Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior-level engineering experience with end-to-end ownership of complex problems.
• Experience designing and scaling distributed systems, balancing consistency, availability, and performance.
• Hands-on experience building secure API integrations; familiarity with MCPs and secure integration architecture.
• Real AI fluency and practical use of AI tooling in development workflows.
• Comfort with modern data platforms beyond relational databases (Snowflake, vector DBs).
• Knowledge of data lineage, access control, and data quality in regulated environments.
• Collaborative, no-ego mindset with strong mentoring capability.
• Cloud fundamentals (AWS), IaC (Terraform), and production-grade Python.

Responsibilities

• Build secure MCPs and API integrations that connect Ridgeline's data sources to business capabilities.
• Shape data architecture and ownership, moving from connectivity to governance of data storage and relationships.
• Advance the AI platform with model provider gateways, RAG pipelines, and vector database implementations.
• Mentor peers, raise technical standards, and contribute to a high-performance, collaborative team.
