Job summary

The Panel in Dublin is seeking a senior AI architect-engineer to lead the shift from pilots to production-grade AI systems. You will shape designs and build them within enterprise security and governance guardrails in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities include delivering enterprise AI solutions end-to-end, deploying GenAI, RAG, document intelligence and multi-agent systems, and integrating AI across the Microsoft stack with secure-by-design patterns.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering AI in production, not just pilots or proofs of concept.
• Strong hands-on Python experience and experience with LangGraph or LangChain.
• Genuine depth on the Azure AI stack including Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry and related services.
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, semantic search and grounding for document-heavy sources.
• Familiarity with LLMs, MLOps and secure-by-design patterns.
