Job summary

Origina is seeking an AI & Data Applications Developer to join the Business Applications team. This hands-on role focuses on building AI-enabled applications and evolving Origina's AI architecture while owning the data foundations that support these solutions.

You will design data models, integration patterns and database structures to scale AI across the business, ensuring security and governance. A strong foundation in data and development, plus AI interest, is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years software development experience with SQL databases.
• Strong SQL and relational database design skills.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
• Experience developing APIs and system integrations.
• Proficiency in Python or equivalent languages.
• Understanding of data modelling and application data structures.
• Experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms.
• Git and modern software delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and support AI-enabled business applications.
• Develop and maintain integrations between AI platforms and databases.
• Support AI agents, workflows and AI-assisted processes.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of Origina’s AI architecture.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
