Job summary

EY FS Ireland seeks a Data & Analytics Director in Dublin to lead complex Finance, Risk and Regulatory data delivery projects for financial services clients. You will shape data strategy, manage engagements and mentor cross-functional teams in a fast-paced consulting environment.

This role requires senior leadership, strong client relationship skills and a track record of delivering data-driven change on time and within budget. Visa sponsorship is available for this Dublin-based position.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in technology consulting with a blue-chip firm and financial services knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead, supervise and develop others, manage budgets, timelines and client expectations.
• Strong client relationship management skills within financial services or tech organisations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Delivery of data projects in finance, risk or regulatory reporting contexts.

Responsibilities

• Design, shape, mobilise and lead Data and Analytics engagements end-to-end.
• As a senior team member, shape and manage engagement teams.
• Oversee commercial elements of engagements and budgets.
• Build and manage client and partner relationships.
• Assess data strategies, technologies and best practices for clients.
