Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the AI Builders Experience team, shaping the strategy and roadmap for developer-facing AI tools and integrations. You will work with LangChain, Mastra, and LlamaIndex, partnering with global teams to deliver an outstanding developer experience.

You should have a track record of shipping AI-centric developer tools, fluency in AI builder stacks, and the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders in a fast-moving AI landscape.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping developer-facing tools or APIs.
• Hands-on PM with end-to-end ownership of AI-focused products for developers.
• Fluency in modern AI builder stack and related patterns (RAG, agents, evaluation).
• Experience with Python and opportunities to demonstrate coding or live-coding ability.
• Track record of staying ahead in a fast-moving AI space and familiarity with ML concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI Builder Experience area.
• Collaborate with globally distributed teams across documentation, partnerships, and marketing.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear product directions for diverse audiences.
