Qualifications

• 7–10 years in product marketing, product management, developer relations, or solutions engineering, preferably in B2B technology, AI/ML, cloud, and/or developer tools.
• Strong data-driven judgment to guide day-to-day decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Deep understanding of the agentic development stack and developer tooling.
• Empathy for developer and platform-team pain points and practical problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic owner for MongoDB's context engineering portfolio, aligning roadmap and GTM with business goals.
• Enable teams with data-driven positioning, messaging, and persona development for builders and developers across IDEs, CLIs, and marketplaces.
• Create technical content explaining how developer tools work together to ship production-grade MongoDB code.
• Analyze tool usage and adoption data to support internal and external communications.
• Develop and execute cross-functional launches for new agent tooling functionality to grow adoption and revenue.
