Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in IT operations, automation, scripting, or backend development.
• Experience writing and troubleshooting code in Python (or a similar language) and working with REST APIs and webhooks.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or agentic frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, structure, and refine AI prompts and agent/tool structures.
• Build and maintain integrations between core systems using native connectors, webhooks, and custom APIs.
• Assist in developing and deploying agentic AI solutions that autonomously resolve IT tickets.
