Job summary

XML International in Dublin/Limerick is seeking a commercially strong professional to join a global Marketing Sourcing function, specialising in Creative, Advertising and Marketing Agency services. The role can suit candidates from Strategic Sourcing/Procurement or senior commercial/account management backgrounds within creative agencies.

You will manage commercial relationships and negotiations with marketing and creative agencies, helping establish effective pricing structures, compensation

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing Marketing, Creative, Advertising, Media or Agency services with strong commercial negotiation.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating agency pricing and compensation models.
• Familiarity with Statements of Work (SOWs) and contractual frameworks.
• Ability to work with Legal to reflect negotiated commercial terms in contracts.
• Experience leading or supporting agency RFP and sourcing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial negotiations with creative, advertising and marketing agencies.
• Review and negotiate agency pricing and compensation models.
• Manage contractual terms, frameworks and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Partner with Legal to ensure contracts reflect negotiated terms.
• Lead or support agency RFP and sourcing processes.
• Analyse agency proposals, pricing structures and commercial models.
• Manage relationships with agencies from small providers to global partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve commercial terms, cost structures and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Legal and other global stakeholders.
