The Programme Lead will manage a team, coordinate daily activities, and maintain safety and quality standards while engaging with children and their families with energy and enthusiasm.

Job Description

Programme Lead must have experience in managing and leading a team

Own carrequiredfor programme lead

Maintain the day-to-day activities

Interacting with the children, theirfamiliesand other staff members each day.

Lots of energy and enthusiasm to work with children.

Experience working with school aged children is preferred (Minimum 2 year)

Proficiencyin technology and software (Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.).

Qualifications

Experience working with School Aged children (Minimum 1 Year)

Childcare qualificationFetacLevel 5 of equivalent

Basic knowledge of child development

Proficiencyin English, both verbal and written

Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage).

At least 2 written references checks arerequiredbefore starting
