Job summary

Sherpa Kids Ireland is seeking a Programme Lead to manage and guide a team, deliver on-site childcare programmes, and engage with children, families, and staff daily.

The role requires mobility (own car), a Fetac Level 5 childcare qualification, strong English, Garda vetting, and a valid work permit/VISA. You will maintain activities and energize the daily routine in a school setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and leading a team.
• Proficiency with common software (Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Excellent English (verbal and written).
• Childcare qualification (Fetac Level 5 or equivalent).
• Garda vetting completed after interview and work permit/VISA essential.

Responsibilities

• Own car required for programme lead.
• Maintain the day-to-day activities.
• Interact with children, families and staff daily.
• Bring lots of energy and enthusiasm to work with children.
• Support school-aged children; 2+ years preferred.
